Return / Exchange Policy

At Cuddle Cloud, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward return and exchange policy.

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount may be eligible for store credit only.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at orders@cuddlecloud.store within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with the original packing slip or a note indicating your RA number and reason for return.

  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Processing Your Return or Exchange:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
  • Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.
